molte cose: la prima riproduzione, il primo bimotore, il primo con funzioni avanzate, con carrelli retrattili, con sezioni intercambiabili etc. Ma ora possiamo dire che sar\u00e0 anche il primo aeromodello progettato da noi usando Fusion 360!<\/p><p>Lasciare il vecchio programma e&#8217; stata una scelta sofferta, ma a distanza di qualche mese, possiamo dire che e&#8217; stata la cosa giusta, soprattutto guardando al futuro.<\/p><h3>Perch\u00e9 Fusion 360?<\/h3><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4498 size-large\" passati a Fusion 360 per disegnare i nostri aeromodelli?<\/p><p>Nell&#8217;ormai lontano 2018, avevamo iniziato ad usare il computer per la maggior parte dei progetti. Essendo alle prime armi, e con poche pretese, abbiamo usato da subito un programma che gi\u00e0 conoscevo: Google sketchup. Intuitivo, ricco di risorse, e gratuito, \u00e8 stato l&#8217;ideale per cominciare a disegnare non solo i nosti Juliet2 e Juliet3, ma anche tutta una serie di altri progetti, dalla scatolina decorata alla ristrutturazione della nuova casa.<\/p><p>Man mano che diventavamo pi\u00f9 bravi e iniziavamo a sfruttare davvero le potenzialit\u00e0 del programma, abbiamo anche iniziato a trovarne i limiti, resi ancora pi\u00f9 evidenti quando abbiamo cominciato a usarlo in combinazione col nostro laser.<\/p><p>Cos\u00ec nei mesi scorsi abbiamo iniziato a guardarci attorno per ottimizzare il nostro metodo di lavoro. Alla fine, anche se con un p\u00f2 di riserve, la scelta \u00e8 stata quella di imparare ad usare Fusion 360.<\/p><p>Certo, avremmo potuto iniziare da qualcosa di pi\u00f9 semplice, ma al momento, con il Juliet3 praticamente finito (a livello di progetto almeno) e il Twin Beech abbozzato, ma ancora in alto mare, non c&#8217;erano molti altri candidati per fare da cavia in questa nuova esperienza.<\/p><p>Se non altro, avendo appena ridisegnato il &#8220;C18&#8221; in sketchup con la nuova apertura alare maggiorata, non c&#8217;e&#8217; stato molto lavoro &#8220;concettuale&#8221; dietro questa nuova ripartenza. Ma insistendo, e facendo le due di notte in qualche occasione, siamo presto arrivati ad un punto in cui riusciamo a fare tutto quello che ci serve, con degli extra di cui vi parleremo pi\u00f9 avanti.<\/p><p>La complessit\u00e0 del progetto in questo caso \u00e8 sia negativa che positiva. Al di l\u00e0 della difficolt\u00e0 di alcuni passaggi, ci ha offerto la possibilit\u00e0 di provare diverse tecniche, e molte funzioni di Fusion 360 si son rivelate preziosissime, una volta padroneggiate.<\/p><p>I rendering che vedete in questo post sono tutti fatti in velocita&#8217;, direttamente all&#8217;interno del programma, ma danno gi\u00e0 l&#8217;idea del balzo in avanti fatto rispetto a quelli prodotti con Sketchup.\u00a0<\/p><p>Non solo, ma al di la&#8217;\u00a0 di quello che si vede, con Fusion 360 si aprono le porte a nuove possibilita&#8217;, come uno studio dei pesi gia&#8217; al momento del disegno, l&#8217;abilita&#8217; di tornare &#8220;indietro nel tempo&#8221; e fare modifiche che aggiornano tutto il progetto, e chissa&#8217;, un domani, anche una certa analisi strutturale.<\/p><h3>Il punto sul nostro Twin Beech<\/h3><p>Dopo esser stato per anni il &#8220;prossimo progetto&#8221;, e&#8217; finalmente venuto il momento di dedicarci veramente al nostro C18, come lo chiamiamo qui. Abbiamo gia&#8217; acquistato la maggior parte dei componenti, cosi&#8217; da poterli misurare, modellare, e ottimizzare il disegno il piu&#8217; possibile.\u00a0<\/p><p>Il modello segue le stesse linee guida delle precedenti versioni, con un&#8217;apertura alare di 175cm, un peso in ordine di volo fra i 3,2 e i 3,8 chili, e la possibilita&#8217; di usare batterie lipo a 3 o 4 celle. Al momento stiamo lavorando sulla fusoliera, che comprende anche la parte centrale dell&#8217;ala, gondole motore incluse. Probabilmente presto inizieremo a tagliare delle parti per testarne la resistenza, in particolare il longherone principale dell&#8217;ala, che fa anche da ancoraggio al carrello retrattile, alle gondole dei motori, e a cui viene &#8220;agganciato&#8221; l&#8217;intero muso del modello. Del resto sicuramente avro&#8217; modo di parlare piu&#8217; avanti, per ora godetevi questi rendering e tenetevi forte, perche&#8217; altri aggiornamenti sono in arrivo molto presto!<\/p><p><img
